Drone Technology is advancing at an exponential rate. The application and uses are increasing in groundbreaking ways due to increased technology of the payload and battery technology. With the recent FAA rule that allows drones to fly above people and in certain conditions, fly at night, the time is now to see these new technologies move the drone industry forward.

The US Military has always been at the forefront of technology. When you look at the past and the technologies that have driven our country to be the leader in military training, innovation was always key. Technology is now growing at an exponential rate.
The pace of revolution is gaining speed. Technology is the engine but Smart Ideas are controlling the direction. These Smart Ideas are shaped by the demands of the future coupled by the growing realization that what the future brings requires us to build the future smarter and more sustainable.
Ships, planes, and cars are often given female names. This tradition started long ago. Captains and pilots named their ships and planes out of respect to their mothers or loved ones. Some were given names of goddesses.
In my travels, I often meet professional women that ask how to get involved in professional organizations or which ones to join? Other than the obvious, USA Loves Manufacturing, on the top of my list is STEM for Women. One of the top needs for US based manufacturing and tech companies is more women in STEM.
The battle cry for women is getting louder. Equality, equal pay, self-awareness, and confidence. The message I want to convey in this article is a sign of the times, but it may not be what you expect.
