Personalized Sound Curated for Your Unique Hearing
In just a few moments of wearing my new nuraphones, I was thrust into the future. When first secured on your head, a surprisingly normal voice walks you through how to set up your very own hearing profile. Using the nuraphone app, after some tests, you will have your specialized profile. Why is this necessary?
Well, it turns out that our ears are just as unique as our fingerprints and interpret various tones differently. What the nuraphone does, after getting a good read on how you hear, is specially curate the levels of bass, treble, and everything else to give you the optimal hearing experience.
Sounds crazy? I thought so too. So I got my own pair of nuraphones and tried it out. With my own profile, everything I listen to just seems richer. The music has more depth. I’ve noticed parts of songs that I never noticed before. Combine this curated listening experience with the fact that the headphones greet me with, “Welcome back, Alex,” every time I put them on, and you’ll hopefully understand why the nuraphones feel like something from the future.
nuraphones are Designed for User Convenience
On top of this impressive technology, there is a whole added layer of convenience to the nuraphones. They automatically turn on and connect to Bluetooth when put on, and then turn off when removed. This makes them easy to manage, as you can take them on and off without having to go through the potentially arduous Bluetooth process.
Additionally, they come with a button on each ear that can be curated to your needs. For example, maybe your left button is “Next Song,” and your right button is “Pause Music.” It’s a small detail, but one that can make it easier to control your listening experience.
It’s Not All Perfect
However great these headphones are, they are not perfect. They are bulky and do not fold down, making them a bit inconvenient to travel with. Their design does take some getting used to as well, as it features both in-ear and over-ear speakers. However, this part is worth it if you’re considering the noise-cancelling capabilities.
The Verdict on nuraphone Headphones
The nuraphones provide a totally enhanced listening experience with the user in mind. With custom profiles, convenient add-ons, and an easy-to-use app, the nuraphones are definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for an authentic and rich audio experience.
Since they are a bit expensive, however, it is important to consider some of their flaws, knowing that they aren’t the easiest to travel with and that you will have to spend some time with them before they start to feel natural. Regardless, the nuraphones are an impressive piece of technology and completely raise the standard for headphones everywhere.
