Report: Apple iPhone 14 Satellite Connectivity Hardware Reports Complete

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reports Apple has completed hardware testing for the satellite connection hardware rumored to be in Apple 14. The hardware is present in iPhone 13, but there was not yet a business model in place for the connectivity. Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 14 at its upcoming media event currently scheduled for Sept. 7.

Elon Musk Lawyers Subpoena Twitter Whistleblower

As the never-ending Elon Musk Twitter saga continues, it was learned Monday the Tesla founder’s attorneys have sent a subpoena to Peiter “Mudge” Zatko. Zatko is the Twitter whistleblower who filed a complaint last year alleging egregious security issues on the platform. The move is part of Musk’s attempt to back out of an earlier deal to purchase the company.

Is Ford Developing an EV Truck that is not the F150 Lightning?

According to a recent report from Automotive News, Ford is deep into the development of an electric truck that is NOT the F150 Lightning. CEO Jim Farley hinted at the truck earlier this year and details remain few and far between at this time. The only confirmation from Ford to date is that the truck will fall under a new name all its own and not be a redesign of the Lightning. There is more to come on this story as it develops. The truck is slated for a 2025 release.

JWST Captures Stunning Phantom Galaxy

NASA keeps releasing amazing photos from the James Webb Space Telescope, with a new one released Monday. The new photo, a collab with JWST and the Hubble Space Telescope, shows a beautiful image of Messier 74, a spiral Phantom Galaxy. the galaxy looks like none every photographed and deeper space is clearly visible through the galaxy. Dozens of distant galaxies can be seen in the background as well as gas clouds, dust and stars in various stages of formation.
