Through deploying Joyned’s innovative social booking technology across their online platforms, NexusTours are able to post their shoppers’ natural social engagements directly on-site.

Through the utilization of Joyned’s booking technology, we’re not only able to enhance the customer experience, but also maintain a competitive edge in our industry,” Rubén Gutiérrez, President of NexusTours, said: “We’re eager to witness the continuing impact of this innovative group booking solution on our business. So far, we have seen an impressive 20% increase in conversion rate among customers who have used Joyned’s technology.”
