Geo Week 2026 Opens with Record-Breaking Exhibit Hall

Geo Week opens today at the Colorado Convention Center, marking a new milestone for the rapidly evolving geospatial industry. This year’s event features the largest exhibit floor in the conference’s history, bringing together 238 exhibitors representing 25 countries. Early registration numbers indicate attendance has already surpassed last year’s record of 3,200 professionals.

Growth has become a defining theme for Geo Week, reflecting the expanding role of geospatial technologies across industries.

“Geo Week continues to grow year after year and serves as the leading platform for geospatial and mapping professionals to connect, collaborate, and explore the technologies transforming industries across the globe,” said Lee Corkhill, Event Director. “We’re excited to showcase how geospatial technologies are addressing today’s complex challenges, from infrastructure management to environmental conservation.”

Inside the expansive exhibit hall, attendees are immersed in a showcase of next-generation tools and solutions. From advanced lidar systems and drone platforms to reality capture technologies and AI-driven software, the show floor offers a hands-on view of how mapping and spatial data technologies are reshaping workflows. Live demonstrations and direct access to technology providers allow professionals to evaluate solutions in real time.

Education remains central to the event’s appeal. The conference program spans multiple tracks designed to address the most pressing developments in geospatial technology. Industry leaders and practitioners are presenting real-world case studies, emerging best practices, and practical strategies aimed at helping organizations translate innovation into operational advantage.

This year’s keynote sessions highlight the widening impact of geospatial intelligence. Dr. Lilian Pintea of the Jane Goodall Institute will explore how drones, lidar, and satellite imagery are revolutionizing conservation mapping, while Burkhard Boeckem, CTO of Hexagon, will examine precision and intelligence in the next era of geospatial innovation.

Beyond technology and education, Geo Week continues to serve as a critical networking hub. Professionals from surveying, engineering, construction, utilities, and government sectors gather to exchange ideas, form partnerships, and explore new business opportunities through receptions, collaborative forums, and interactive experiences throughout the event.

Geo Week runs February 16–18, 2026, with onsite registration available.
