CES 2023 is well underway and not disappointing. From smart birdfeeders to the latest generation of Intel core proceesors, there is something for every tech enthusiast.

1. SiPhox Health Introduces World’s First Lab-Quality Home Blood Testing Platform

Backed by Khosla Ventures and Ycombinator, SiPhox Health is the first healthcare company to leverage silicon photonic chips to make diagnostics 100x faster, smaller, and less expensive – without sacrificing quality.

The SiPhox Home, currently available for investigational use only, is designed to measure a range of immunoassays for key biomarkers of inflammation, metabolism, hormonal, and heart health in a single sample. 2. Bird Buddy Debuts New AI-Powered Hummingbird Feeder

Bird Buddy is the world”s first smart bird feeder that instantly snaps and recognizes over 1000 species sending notifications of joy via the Bird Buddy app creating collectible images that you can share and providing species information through our ”birdopedia”.

The Hummingbird feeder uses artificial intelligence to capture photos and videos of 350 different hummingbird species with wing speeds of up to 60 mph. The motion sensor triggers the camera to take photos of the bird, then runs those images through its AI algorithm to identify the species, notifying the user through the Bird Buddy app.  

3. Acer Unveils the eKinekt Bike Desk to Empower Active and Sustainable Lifestyles

Acer announced the eKinekt BD 3 bike desk, a desk combined with a stationary bike to empower sustainable and healthier lifestyles on Jan. 3, ahead of CES. The eKinekt BD 3 lets users exercise as they work by using kinetic energy from the rider’s pedaling to power the machine and charge devices. The LCD display and a companion smartphone app provide information to help riders stay on track with their progress during exercise regimes or work periods. Users can seamlessly adjust the bike resistance, seat, and desk height based on desired placement to provide added flexibility and comfort when working or training. The device is equipped with two USB Type-A ports and one USB Type-C port, a bag hook, and a beverage holder for added convenience whether in the office or in the comfort of home.

5. NVIDIA Ada Lovelace Breaks Energy-Efficiency Barrier, Supercharges 170+ Laptop Designs for Gamers and Creators

On Jan. 3, NVIDIA announced GeForce RTX™ 40 Series laptops, powered by its ultra-efficient Ada Lovelace GPU architecture, which delivers the company’s largest-ever generational leap in performance and power efficiency.

6. Displace Debuts the World’s First Truly Wireless TV

 Displace, an in-home entertainment startup, debuted the world’s first truly wireless TV at CES 2023. Unlike any other TVs currently available in the market, the Displace 55″ 4K TVs are powered by a proprietary hot-swappable battery system, lightweight at under 20 lbs., transportable and can be easily secured to any surface with no mounting required, using Displace TV’s proprietary active-loop vacuum technology.
