Time to Walk with Prince William and Apple

You’ve sweat it out with Kody Rigsby on a Peloton and gone 10 rounds Tommy Duquette in Fight Camp. Why not take a walk with Prince William? Or Dolly Parton or Uzo Aduba?

If you have an Apple Watch and are a Fitness+ subscriber, then you are ready for Time To Walk.

Time to Walk, is an audio walking experience on Apple Watch for Fitness+ subscribers, created to encourage users to walk more often and reap the benefits from one of the healthiest activities and you know something to do with all those hours in the day.

It’s more than tracking your steps and heart rate.  Each original Time to Walk episode invites users to immerse themselves in a walk alongside influential and interesting people as they share thoughtful and meaningful stories, photos, and music.

Anthony Joshua, Camila Cabello, and Randall Park have appeared as guests on Time to Walk over the course of the Fitness+ series’ two seasons, and they are adding new guests all the time.  Honestly, would you rather walk with your neighbor … again, and listen to them drone on about what they saw on Fox news or Prince William? It’s a no-brainer.

The walks vary in length, varying from 25-40 minutes and Apple adds original content weekly, that includes some of the most diverse, fascinating, and celebrated guests offering inspiration and entertainment to help people keep moving through the power of walking.”

“Walking is the most popular physical activity in the world, and one of the healthiest things we can do for our bodies. A walk can often be more than just exercise: It can help clear the mind, solve a problem, or welcome a new perspective,” said Jay Blahnik, Apple’s senior director of Fitness Technologies. “

Even throughout this challenging period of time, one activity that has remained available to many is walking.  Time to Walk is in its second season and the addition of being able to walk along with a prince is more than Prince William waxing fantastic about how cool it is to be royalty. In his Time to Walk episode, Prince William talks about the importance of keeping mentally fit. He also reflects on a lighthearted moment when he was drawn out of his comfort zone, the value of listening as a way to empower others, and an experience that led him to prioritize mental health. And he has that dreamy accent.

Apple offers a one-month free trial to Fitness+ subscribers and then the cost breaks down to $9.99 per month or $79.99 a year, for access to their complete content suite. You will need an Apple Watch Series 3 or later updated to watch OS 7.2 and  an iPhone 6s or later updated to iOS 14.3
